We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, email us at contact@lesaristochats.fr within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason (a photo helps if there's a fault). Once we confirm, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 days of your return arriving and being checked. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as returns are handled by our fulfilment warehouse and not our office address.

Our pieces are crafted in India by skilled makers, in workshops chosen for their commitment to fair and safe working conditions. We favour considered, lower-impact materials such as TENCEL™ lyocell, eco cotton and soft modal, selected for their comfort, durability and gentler footprint. Care information
To keep your piece looking its best, dry clean only. Avoid washing, tumble drying and wringing, as these can affect the fabric, fit and embroidery. Cool iron if needed, on the reverse. Store on a hanger, away from direct sunlight to protect the colour. Treat any stains gently and as soon as possible. With a little care, your Les Aristochats piece is made to last.
